“The powerful, natural supplement for women” and “empowers you to burn stubborn fat and finally achieve your body goals” are just a few of the phrases that the company uses to describe the potential of this fat loss aid.
A key ingredient in this formula is Glucomannan, a water-soluble fiber that can absorb 50x its weight in water. As a result, it’s been shown to prevent overeating by keeping the stomach fuller for longer.
But there are also ingredients added to increase thermogenesis (heat production which burns more calories), in addition to several key vitamins and minerals, and some great health-promoting substances as well.

While all of the ingredients in Leanbean are included to support weight management either directly or through improving certain markers of health, let’s talk about the ingredients that are supposed to be key for helping you to shed the lbs.
First up we have Glucomannan, an ingredient used in popular weight loss supplements, that is supported by the European Union for its intended use.
It’s a water-soluble fiber that can soak up to 50 times its weight in water (yeah we know, impressive). And if that’s not impressive enough, just a small amount added to water will turn it to gel.
But how can it contribute to weight loss?

The largest study involving 176 overweight men and women found that Glucomannan combined with a 1200 kcal diet caused significantly more weight loss (0.8 kg/week) compared to placebo and diet alone (1).
