Weight loss story: “Superfoods like Spirulina and green tea helped me lose 52 kilos in a year”


My breakfast: I was following Intermittent Fasting so I just had superfoods like spirulina and lean green tea to start my day without breaking my fast

My lunch: 2 chapatis + dal + paneer/mix veg

My dinner: Low-oil pasta, Mediterranean salads

Pre-workout meal: Coffee + Lean Bar / Lean Muesli

Post-workout meal: Whey protein shake

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Pan Asian (noodles, curry), South Indian meals, Burgers (made with brown bread buns). Basically anything and everything, but in moderated and controlled portions.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by : Black chana chaat, popcorn, buttermilk, noodle salads
